The Wild Hare Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Fisher

This is going to be a very mixed review.

Let's start with the pros.... Food was decent, Liked the atmosphere. Most the wait staff was friendly.

Now for the Cons... Waited almost 2 hours for lunch on a saturday, repeatedly was told the kitchen was slammed, but the indoors seating was being served much faster than the outdoor seating Wait staff was overwhelemed and our area got handed to a young lady (who did a great job btw), but she was 12. I understand its a family establishment...but it was not really appropriate. Esp since this poor girl had to deal with many angry customers. Since we waited 2 hour for our food...we were told our meal would be comped and only had to pay for drinks, we did not ask nor were we planning on asking for our bill to be reduced, they offered. When we got our bill. Turns out our meal was only comped by half, and when I tried to clarify with the original waitress she was very defensive.

That being said with a good kitchen manager/general manager this place would be a great place to eat and hangout. Otherwise avoid at busy high traffic eating times...probably a great place to drink. But we will not be going back...

This is a great place. The food is high quality with an abundance of choices. The daily lunch specials are always great and vary widely. You can tell the food is cooked fresh. Three visits so far. The food is good. Typical bar food. There isn't much of a dinner menu. The service could definitely be better. My last visit my appetizer came with my meal. This visit I had to find my waitress to pay. We could have easily have left without paying if we weren't honest people. Customer service definitely needs to step it up.
