Very unsatisfactory. The girl I felt with was super pleasant. I needed the freezer ASAP because mine went out the night before. They couldn’t deliver it so I needed to pick it up myself. The freezer was loaded by the girls in the office. When I got home the front was scratched up bad because it was put on my truck the wrong way. I got home and my son and I unloaded the freezer and plugged it in to get cold, after several hours the freezer was cold so we transferred all our meat into the one we purchased. This was on Saturday June 14 2025. I went to get something out of the freezer Thursday morning and all of the meat in it was thawed and spoiled. I called Farmers and was told the manager will call me back and she never did. Called Friday and told the same thing, so today Saturday June 21,2025 I personally went in the store to talk to someone. They then told me I would have to bring the freezer back to them because I picked it up. I told the girl no ma’am I lost well over $800 worth of meat and I wanted my deposit back and for them to come pick up the freezer, so she told the lady and she decided to come pick the freezer up. I then asked them what they were gonna do about all the meat that got spoiled and she told me to contact Frigidaire and tell them….Well I didn’t buy the freezer from Frigidaire, I bought it from Farmers Furniture… just leaving this right here. They get no stars. Credit dept manager doesn't handle business he has a tendency to get u over charged. My account was paid in full for two weeks but every week since my card has been charged. Called first week was told everything was canceled I wouldn't b charged anymore. Lol..lord and behold I was charged today. I personally at nine talked with credit manager and was assured all charges would b credited back to account and everything closed. Guess what took myself up there nothing cancelled he forgot. Still waiting on charges to b reversed. Be careful u have a dented account check...
