Scott did a great job helping me with my computer. I had a laptop that was totally destroyed, with cracks everywhere. Per my request, he spent hours taking my laptop apart to see if he could repair it and when he realized the cost to fix the computer would be more than the computer itself, he gave me guidance on where to find a computer with features that I wanted. He was able to recover and transfer all of my data to my new laptop and he only charged me 150 for everything (including diagnostic, and the time spent transferring data) which was cheaper than I was quoted elsewhere. In addition, it only took him a day to get my new laptop to me, which was so appreciated.

Not only that but I work pretty crazy hours, and he was extremely flexible with meeting me to discuss my laptop. I really appreciated his flexibility, the low prices and the quick response...

We lost an Apple hard drive that was not backed up and were quoted $1,200 by an Apple store to recover the data on it (which they were unable to do on site). Scott was able to recover everything for $149 in less than a week. The whole time Scott had our computer he kept me up to date with screen shots and text messages. He was easy to get a hold of and willing to meet anywhere in town. If Scott is unable to recover your data he has a very small diagnostic fee and can send your hard drive off to a 3rd party for further work. We are super happy with Scott, would use him again, and highly recommend him to anyone with computer issues. Finally, after the fact, I found out my wife and I have a mutual friend with Scott. This company is now my go-to computer repair place. A lot of the reviews on here didn't say anything about people who had custom-builds so I want to put it out there that this guy (Scott) knows what he's doing with pre-built and custom-built systems. First off, he picked up and dropped off my PC for free which was extremely convenient. Scott diagnosed what was wrong with my PC and I decided I'd fix it myself once I knew what was wrong with it (corrupted windows installation it turns out). I figured Scott wouldn't give me any pointers about fixing it since I wasn't paying him to fix it, but he told me what needed to be done and I was able to successfully back up my hard drive and reset the operating system.
