Circle K — Local services in Flagstaff

Stopped in here early this morning for some extreme caffeine...the gas pumps were hoppin' and much to my surprise, there was only one customer in the store which was great because I'm a bear before coffee. Nice selection of hot and cold beverages, i appreciate a coffee station having chilled coffee creamer vs the little unrefrigerated single pods. I read the reviews and it seems the rest rooms were the primary customer complaint, i did not use the rest rooms so i cannot chime in on that topic. It was early, so the place looked put together and things looked stocked accordingly. I'd never been to a convenience store that had this form of checkout, but after standing there for all of one minute, a lady from behind the counter led me thru the self-checkout. ADA compliant walkways and transitions into store as well as proper accessible parking. I'm from New England, so the CircleK stores are much different there, but, they're also not located in a touristy thoroughfare like Flagstaff, Arizona. Customer service is key and keep all fingers crossed that maybe the things mentioned in other reviews will find their way onto the management priority...

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Never been treated so rudely Yesterday (July 1st) I came into store to exchange propane tank and picked up some chips as well. I got up to the counter after waiting in line (one customer in front) and I asked for a propane tank exchange gray haired lady behind the counter rolled her eyes at me, so I asked what does that mean, so she explained everyone else in line would have to wait and she was the only one there. I told her I would take my business elsewhere and bought the chips and left, hindsight wish I wouldn't have purchased anything from this company as they employ people that really DO NOT care about the customer. I can't believe she didn't even try to help me or say if I could wait a second or something she simply did NOT CARE! I did go down the street to Conoco and had a pleasant experience with them and the nice young man that filled my tank. Never will I waste my...

I’ll let these pictures talk for themselves, I don’t think I can make my stop here anymore! I tried to be positive and make this my last stop every time I’m headed to Page as far as getting gas, drinks, snacks and my kids had to use the rr but no way! I’m not letting them touch anything in here! Told my family let’s go! I tried telling the lady up front but she looked mad and rolled her eyes. So we ended up at Maverick across and they were welcoming and actually had drinks, and CLEAN!! told them it was nasty at circle k and they suggested we keep them as our last stop. Gave us free drinks for that terrible experience. I normally don’t do reviews...
