Toni and Char are an absolute joy—so knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely hospitable. We learned the art of Neapolitan pizza, made our own dough and pizzas, and watched them bake to perfection in just 90 seconds.    Read moreWhat a great learning experience. The best part is what I took away. For July 4 I had a pizza party. I made 12 doughs and 8 people designed some amazing Pies including 2 dessert Pies. Everyone said it was the best they ever had, especially the crust. Don't limit yourself to ordinary toppings. We had a Thai pizza, bbq chicken pizza. We used vegan Italian sausage, Fennel, smoked Pork butt, roasted garlic, garlic oil, candied jalapeños. It was fabulous. Thanks Aperitivo for showing me the ropes. I told them I'm a pizziola now.
