Auto Armor has done several small jobs for me like mirror covers and logo cut outs. And no matter what even when it was only 20 dollars Michael still made me feel like he was totally 100% into the job. He chatted and gave options and ideas and was even very upfront if something I wanted to do was not a really good choice from his experience. He probably spent more time talking to me and being friendly then the 20 dollars he earned. This might sound like a odd compliment but when you consider a lot of businesses in Asheville cant be bothered with you if your not spending large amounts of cash , Auto armor makes every job important and is a great way to run a business in my opinion.

Because of his knowledge and friendliness I decided to take a larger job to him and get my new 2021 supra PPF done on the hood, bumper, mirrors and A pillars. I am always skeptical but let me tell you when I picked my car up ... It was perfect. This was a real professional job done by a knowledgeable person. He has all my future business and full trust with my cars.

There are several other car wrap places around Asheville I have tried several of them. And each time I was highly disappointed. I found Auto armor after another shop cut my paint with a knife doing some wrap. Of course Auto Armor cant fix the paint the other shop cut, but he did redo the mirror cap wrap for me and fixed the other shops poor craftsman ship.

Do yourself a favor and look no further then Michael at Auto Armor. He only uses the top products and does all his work inside a nice...

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this place. After applying a black coat to my wheels that did not even last a month on my car. The owner completely ignored all of my phone calls, voicemails, texts, photos of the paint just peeling off. I even sent messages on instagram, everywhere. After one car wash the coated wheels just started peeling off. It is unfortunate because I found this shop online based off of the amazing reviews. I just wanted answers or to have my wheels fixed, stripped of the paint, anything!! Even advice on what to do next would have been nice. Now my BMW looks terrible and I am having to spend more money elsewhere to fix the job that was done by the owner of this place. Being a business owner myself, I cannot imagine ignoring unsatisfied customers. I was willing to pay him to fix it. even if it meant trying a new product or stripping them (if even possible). though I don't think I should have to pay anything since it immediately was peeling off after the job. Everyone makes mistakes and maybe the paint just did not agree with my wheels but at least call your customers back? This is my first review I have ever left for anything anywhere. EVER. I love supporting local business and especially with it being owned by a veteran I was drawn to go here! I hate that it even had to come to this but I don't want this to ever happen to...
