My family use to shop here when I was a kid and it was an IGA. I hadn't visited for a few years until I recently had went to help my grandmother with her shopping. Needless to say, I was glad I went with her; there was so many outdated products on the shelf including moldy produce. I also noticed some "craft beer" that was a year old! The store also looks like it has not had any maintenance since I was a kid either. There are even holes in the ceiling. The stores general cleanliness was very poor as well. The one cashier was very friendly and did greet us with a pleasant hello; this would normally be worth another star but the negatives were just too far out-weighing. I will definitely just be bringing my grandmother groceries from my in town grocery store from now on, as I would also recommend that you shop...

The store was nice as an IGA. New owners took over a while back and it is now SuperValu. I've never liked the sv brands, and worst part is the advertisement has items that the store does not have. You're lucky to find items you are looking for and occasionally not at the advertised price anyway. Obviously annoying. Since new ownership, the prices have gone up store wide. It is ok for essentials or last minute recipe needs, but it is worth the drive to a larger store in a nearby town. There are plenty of nearby cities with plenty of choices. The store itself is old and rather dirty, I don't usually mind, but it is noticeable and often produce is old or rotten. Overall, bad experience almost every time. This place has rude cashiers and even worse management. Half the time no one is paying attention to you and when you ask someone for help even they don’t know how to help you. They seriously need better trainers and cashiers because it was awful. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Also just dont go here. It is way too expensive even if you save a little gas.
