If I could give this establishment a zero I would. I had went in and order pizza and a salad while working in Flora. I fell in love with their salad dressing ranch jalapeño. I ask if it was possible to purchase some of it for at home. I was told it was possible so I placed an order for a gallon I WAS going to split with a friend. I was late picking it up because i had more pressing matters that I had to attend to at my job site in Flora so I couldn't get away to pick it up until 07/18. First and foremost when I ordered the dressing I was told it would be 15 and some change. No problem! Well I recieved a call from what the man said was rhe owner before I picked it up. He told me a different price than what I was told when I order it. He said it was normally 30 bucks. I explained to him what his employees quoted me and said they shouldn't have done that. Well I don't know employees from the owner. It was my first time in the restaurant. I explained politely that hats something he needs to fix with his employees, but I didn't think it was right for me to have to pay double of what I was told. He said he would work with me because of the situation. Ok fine! I'm cool with that. Well I picked up the gallon and proceeded to walk out, get in my car and leave. I get to the main road and take my left. Not a hard left mind you, it's Flora. This gallon jug fell over in my seat. What di I see when I look over you ask? Ranch dressing flowing all over my seat. Down the side of my seat and underneath. So I pull over to stand the jug up and discovered it's a screw on lid that had not been put in the jug correctly or it wasn't tighten down all the way. You would think that customer service would come into play when they git the jug out if the fridge they would have made sure the lid was secure. So I called to establishment to complain about what happened and treated like I was stupid and that he was doing me some huge favor. Never again will I support this business after the I...
Read moreI've tried a handful of different things from here and most of them are just okay. The only thing that has kept me coming back until today is the breadsticks because they are amazing. All of their bread is. I always get those as my appetizer but I never really like my actual meal that much. Random note, the cheese curds were spicy which was unexpected and not noted anywhere but they were nice enough to take them back. Also my sister asked for a little bit of sour cream on the side after she got her tacos because there was maybe a tsp at most on one. When the cashier (who was really nice) went back to ask the dude in the back, he seemed to take it super personally and spoke with anger towards her which was really weird. I don't think he realized we could hear him. Overall, I can get good breadsticks...
Read moreFood is pretty good, definitely best in the town. My complaint comes when ordering for delivery. Last two times I've ordered for delivery, the food has been delivered almost an hour after the ETA, they gave me. That's annoying on its own, but what's worse is when I finally get my food, it's cold. It's pretty annoying to spend nearly $50 for a pizza and appetizer and a 20% tip for the driver, for it to take more than 2 hours to get the food and it's cold. Idk if they need to hire another driver or what, but it's kinda ridiculous and improvements...
