I have a Florida gaming license to deal poker send letters with proof of license no one got back to me on audition to deal for them. I know I can deal better than most but without any chance to come in I will never be able to demonstrate my abilities as a professional poker room dealer.

They finally got back to me 3 weeks later and stated they won't give me an audition to deal in there poker room that I should look elsewhere to deal. I advised I could pass an audition and since they just opened up I can be flexible I can deal the games too. They told me I didn't go to there poker school and they won't acknowledge my gaming license regardless of my abilities and I should give up because I will never get hired to deal here. Go figure... At least I have a license to deal and want to be in the poker room dealing unlike many other dealers who could care less. Just another poor excuse. ..have a license and can't use it. I lost all hope that I will ever get a chance to deal anywhere.

Mailed another letter December 2023 same result no chance they are giving me an opportunity to work and prove my value for Christmas. Almost a crime to work in the state of Florida and I begged them again to give me a chance and they wouldn't see that I can do the job better than anyone else and I wanted to work not ask for a handout but they still wouldn't give me a break. 😢

As of Christmas 2023 i became homeless because I couldn't find work dealing and this poker room wouldn't even give me a chance they get angry when you reach out to them. Sad excuse. They wouldn't give me a chance - it doesn't matter that i went to school, it doesn't matter that i can deal even though i never worked in a room, i know how to do the games as well as anyone if given the chance -- because of that - i will never deal and do something i love to do because these managers are on a power trip of anger, decide whom gets hired based on how they feel in that moment - i can deal -- there is no doubt -- but because i chased this dream 2 years ago -- i am homeless with my family -- i am not appointment setter/telemarketer or anything else but a poker dealer, i will get a job because these rooms are on power trips - i wish someone would reach out to me and offer me a job to deal just once - 15 minutes on the floor, they would see i am the perfect person...

Today around noon. Walked into this place to get lunch and check it out what bestbet is about. Went straight to the bar to order a lunch to go. After 3 minutes a lady name Debbie somewhat bother by my presence coz she is too busy talking to other clients. I believed that’s her name,. She is in her early to mid 60s, maybe late 60s, gave me the food menu. Gave me your typical America food. She then handed another menu as she. Called the “Asian Menu”. She mentioned about the sushi being out and among other things. I then ordered a Reuben Sandwich. She then looked at me coz I’m Asian, & said that “ a little outside of your typical food you think”. Kept my cool bout her racist remarks. As I was waiting for my meal. She then told me a story about 3 Asian men that ordered lunch that order no Asian food but to her surprise they had ordered salad and some other things. she didn’t realized to her prejudice about this Asian men, they happen to own farm land and shopping centers. I guess she was expecting them to order sushi and fried rice or something like she was assuming that I should’ve ordered too instead a Reuben sandwich. This Karen aka Debbie, whatever her name was, is my very first racist encounter ever . her complete ignorance towards other ethnicities and not educated enough that she should start reading some books. This country is NOT built by the color of your skin but it’s built by hardworking people that immigrated to this country from all walks of life and from different countries all over. She forgot that she’s NOT from this country as well. It belongs to the American Indians before she even stepped foot to this country. She is NOT doing your company “ BESTBET” a representation to bring people in and enjoy your facility but instead, chasing them out. I will NEVER stepped foot into your establishment ever again coz of her...

I remember when they first opened I was there on the third day. It was so easy to win $6000. And the food was good. The employees waitresses were very helpful, but as the time went on the waitresses, besides two of them started giving attitude, rolling their eyes like Yesterday on 4/11/24 I had to ask the waitress to come clean off my table because they were leaving my plate and napkins there after eating my food and they also ignore you like yesterday. I said it loud and clear I need your help. What does she do? Ignore me and ran to the kitchen, so then I had to get up and go to the bar. I stood at the bar for nearly 20 minutes. She was helping all the guys get their beer as soon as another guy walks up to the bar to buy beer. She helps him immediately while I’m still standing there waiting for a Coke And it’s very hot inside that building. It’s like they’re scared to turn the AC down. You can see the sweat on my forehead and my clothes are drenched and sweat. I’m over here myself Fanning myself trying to eat my food I know they see me on the cameras and they still don’t turn the AC down. I also saw one of the employees yesterday taking a paper and fanning herself because it was so hot and the food is starting to suck. and they don’t come check on you to ask you are you OK? Do you need anything? Do you need a place an order? You always have to go find them great thing about this place to be honest. Yes they’re close to 95 and they have plenty of parking Space.I wouldn’t go there they suck and you won’t win it’s very hard to win.look how long they been there I won once the 6000 i talked about already.and the coffee should be free to the people that are playing...
