I came into Burger King Today on my way home December 30, 2014 between 2:00pm to 3:00pm for a quick snack from running around. I had ordered a large 5 piece strip meal with a Bacon Double Cheese burger. When I had got into my car. I had noticed that my large fry wasn't in there along with me missing 1 strip. So I had went back into the store. A lady named Mariah I guess she was the manager had asked was there anything wrong and I had told her that I didn't get my fries and that I was missing a strip. Now she was the one who had fixed my order. So she had snatched my bag and looked in it like I was lying and walked over to the fry station and gave me some fries that has been sitting there when I had first came in the store to order and she had gave me a little nub of the chicken strips and I knew they were old because I could see when she had put it in there. So she walked back over and slung the bag to me. My fries came out of the box all into the bag. So I said thank you and she rolled her eyes at me and turned around and walked back to the the counter where the burgers were and flipped her hair and mumbled something and kept fixing food. She didn't show any eye contact except when she rolled her eyes at me. She showed no care or anything like a manager is supposed to do. When I got to the car the fries were cold the strips were hard and cold. This is not the first time I've had a problem with her or have seen her disrespect anyone like that. I have seen her slam a door in front of a customers face in drive thru a month ago. I've seen her disrespect her employees. I've seen her stop her employees from doing there job in the lobby to do something in the kitchen. I've heard her curse on the job around customers. Another time I came in and had an issue with my order that she had took and I was a little upset. And she had walked off after giving me my fixed order and I had heard her curse at me and say the "B" word when she had walked off into the back of the store. One time I came in one night and she was there and an employee wanted to go home because they had a family member in the hospital and the employee wanted to leave early but she wouldn't let anyone go home. I heard her say "No one is going home or leaving early until I go home at 10:00". She thought the employee was joking. And it wasn't even her shift that night and I know because I've never seen her there. I've seen her take over peoples shift and disrespect employees like I said. I haven't said anything until now but I have tolerated this long enough. I don't know how she's still here. She needs to be fired ASAP.!!!!! I will not be coming here again at all....
Read moreWaited on drive- thru for 10 minutes without my car moving, I decided to get off the line and go inside to order. When I walked inside, I immediately saw what may have been causing part of the back up. What I believe was a manager or a group leader, was on her phone on a long personal phone call. Inside there were 4 or 5 employees. 2 were in the back preparing the food, one male who was doing the window, and one female doing the cashier in addition to preparing food or bagging the food. *I'm so sorry, I didn't bring my phone inside with me to record the scenario. I was at the store for approx 25 minutes and I was the next person in line. When I asked the one person if she could please take my order as I needed to be in Jacksonville in 45 minutes, the lady that was on the phone went all off on me. She started saying I needed to be patient, that she only had 4 employees. She kept repeating the same thing over n over and was even trying to engage the other employees to take sides with her. Which I believe they may have been embarrassed by her behavior. She was very loud and wanted to get her point accross so that everyone in the store can hear her. That they were only 4 employees, that they are understaffed and "people just need to be patient " Many customers started walking out appearing uncomfortable the way the situation was going with this verbalizing person. As for me, I chose to stay quiet as I didn't want any confrontation. The one cashier was very nice and did her best to get my order which I had already paid. The yelling lady was clearly upset that the young lady took my order and was packing my food. All this occured on Nov.17, 2022 between 12:10 pm and 12:35 pm. As the manager or leader did not behave in any shaoe or form like a professional or even business person. , I am sure the store owner, have access to the store's videos so you can see the events as they occurred and see for yourself if this is the appropriate way to run a store. You will agree with me once you see this, that there is a major problem there. I used to stop here every so often when driving to Jacksonville, but today's experience with this lead person has sure changed my mind about dealing with such...
Read moreBest burger King in the country. I live about 28 miles away from this location and I have a BK only about 6 miles from my house. The one by my house is horrible. The great people that work at the 207 location in st aug have gone above and beyond. All my family wanted was the new tacos. Flagler location always says there out. 5 days in a row. On a Thursday night 2/6/2020 I called the 207 location while I was in the parking lot at the flagler location and asked if they had tacos and if they had 20 of them. I explained the situation and said I was on my way. They dont even know me up there and I could have been pranking them, but when I got there , they already had 10 just finishing and 10 more to go in anticipation of my arrival. How amazing was that!!! It has given me a new faith in people and in Burger King again . Plus everyone that was working there at 8:23 pm on 2/6/2020 were so nice and respectful. Even made sure I wanted and had the hot sauce for the tacos. Even apologized for the wait... lol I was like are you kidding me :-) I ordered 20 tacos and other things. Dont worry I can wait an extra 6 min. Keep up the great work Burger King store at 207 in st Augustine.
