Tom Thumb Pharmacy — Local services in Flower Mound

Wow... first time ever at this Tom Thumb Pharmacy that one lady was rude to me. All dealings have always been very pleasant, not today. At first she said the order only partially ready. Then wasn’t sure when it would be complete. I asked if possible to use their texting when complete. She said “I will put it in, but that’s no guarantee it will work.” Really? I will say she is having a bad day in just the 20 minutes open. Just not used to this NEGATIVE attitude!

Update: I feel crummy writing a bad review. When the old Thumb Thumb in 2499/3040 was open, the pharmacy staff was the friendliest I have ever seen. That is why I am surprised to get the negativity I got on Monday.. I did ask about it and no one admitted talking to me on the phone. Bizarre.. I hope my next encounter is better. I need to update my review for the Tom Thumb pharmacy. I cannot say enough kind words for both Jerry and Christina, who are the leads at this pharmacy. The staff is also terrific. They are always helpful, friendly and know how to deal with a less than perfect customer like myself. I’ve asked some medicine questions to the pharmacy personnel and have always been given good and complete answers. The bottom line is I completely trust Tom Thumb pharmacy. Great pharmacy. They always answer their phones and have my meds in stock. They also fill meds that are sent in typically within an hour. I can't say the same about any other pharmacies in the area.
