The new Flower Mound Palio's on Cross Timbers isn't nearly as good as the original one on FM 2499. The first time, I thought we just went on a bad night. Now, after the 3rd time, it just isn't what it used to be. The crust isn't thin and crispy anymore, it doesn't seem as fresh. It reminds me of pizza from any other pizza place now. It used to be a "stand out" pizza, so delicious I'd keep eating it even when I was full. It was kind of addictive. Now, after a piece or two, I have no real desire to grab another piece. The management seems very young and not very mature or interested in listening to the customer. He actually told me, "There's just a lot of phone calls coming in," when I was trying to explain the order was wrong and delivered wrong. I paid extra for the toppings yet they shorted me 3 different toppings I had ordered. The order had been repeated back to me so I know it was taken down correctly. When calling, expect to be put on hold for lengthy amounts of time. I'm just SO disappointed, I used to LOVE Palio's at the 2499 location. This new place has a lot to learn! I won't order...

I ordered the Frank buffalo pizza, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Loaded with toppings, baked to perfection, and full of flavor in every bite. You can tell the team at Palio’s takes pride in their food.
