I have never met such a nice and caring sales team as i have at BB's. Beth, the owner has gone out of her way to show me that she cares about me as a customer, but also as a person. The customer centered sales is above and beyond than anything I'm used to in Birmingham or Nashville. One thing is for sure, once you make a purchase from BB's you won't regret your purchase and you'll be back to purchase again. I had an exquisite shopping experience, with the help of the amazing, Beth Taylor, using the BB's Beach Boutique online website. I was desperate to complete my Christmas shopping and Beth took care of everything, including ensuring all the packages arrived on time and beautifully gift wrapped. I cannot wait for her brick and mortar store to open in March 2022 in Pelican Place in Gulf...
