We have purchased several used, refurbished washers and dryers from this small, family run company, for ourselves and for family members. We recommend them to everyone. Their integrity and genuine concern for their customers is basically unmatched. We are always on the search for solid, reliable work-horse machines, and these guys do have those. The young man who handles the service calls was just here today, making a rather involved troubleshooting repair on a machine we purchased a few months ago. I reached out and shared I had been scammed on marketplace. The owner reassured me most things he could fix. He came over first thing after the holiday weekend, and cleaned up the dryer. He showed me everything that was incorrect and showed me what correct looked like. He took his time. Very thorough and found things he wasn't looking for. I'd highly recommend this business. Moved to Robertsdale from Missouri a few days ago. X and O Appliance was recommended to us as a good place to purchase a water and dryer. We stopped in and met two of the nicest people you would ever want to do business with. The washer I picked out wasn't ready yet and they told me a couple of days to get it ready. The next day it was ready and they could deliver. We were not ready yet but they finished it early so I wouldn't have to be without a washer. That's what I call service.
