I have had the pleasure of Ms. Kacy cutting my hair for over two years now, and I’m not even sure I have the words to express how wonderful my experience has been! The atmosphere of her store/salon is consistently peaceful and calm. She gets my hair right every time-somehow I love it more and more each time I go back! She and Taylor do a fantastic job of being warm and inviting from the moment you step in the door, to the moment that you leave. I have not had the need to buy a wedding dress yet, but I have been in her store when another customer was having her dress fitting appointment. I found myself so impressed with the professionalism, organization, and calming presence that Taylor and Kacy brought to the appointment. I know that when it’s time for me to choose my dress, I will without a doubt purchase from In Love. I know from watching Kacy, but also having personal conversations with her that she cares for each and every one of her brides. We ordered a dress through them and they sent us the wrong size…. We called them and they basicly said to bad to sad you signed a contract you have to figure it out. No one went over the contract with us at all. The stylist just said sign here and that was that. They didn’t even try to make things right and changed the story about a lot of things. My dress came with a bow and it didn’t arrive with the dress. When I reached out to them about that they said they when they asked me if I wanted it I said no. Even though I have 2 people who were with me who would say otherwise. I wanted the bow and said I wanted the bow. Overall not a good experience and I paid way too much in the end on alterations because of the dress being the wrong size. The owner was very rude to my mom as well. When my mom called to just see if we could possibly return the dress the first thing the owner said was “I knew you were going to be an issue...

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Kacy & her team at In Love Bridal. I was planning a Gulf Shores wedding from out of state and had limited time when traveling to find a dress and other vendors. Kacy & Taylor not only helped me figure out what kind of dress I wanted, but helped me pick out the most beautiful veil that completed the entire outfit. I found their prices very reasonable and value / quality excellent.

Kacy also came out to the venue and did my and my MOH’s hair the morning of the wedding and it was the best investment ever! Not only did it lower the stress of having to travel into town from the beach, but Kacy did an exceptional job and was so kind and warm to our entire family.
