The employee working on Monday, April 28th at 4 pm who’s in her 50’s and has glasses seems to find it very difficult to treat people like normal human beings when calling in. I politely asked if they had a product in, and was hung up on. I called a second time thinking there was a problem with the line, and I was rudely told “I don’t know.” and hung up on again. I came in to check if they had the product, and the employee told me that they hung up earlier because “the boss was in, and they couldn’t deal with it.” She said it like “oh, silly me, hanging up on you! I was just so busy, but what can you do? Oh well!” as if hanging up on people is normal for good customer service. While calmly inquiring why she hung up, she told me if I didn’t like it (her hanging up on me when I asked her a simple question in a normal, unbothered tone, even after being hung up on the first time.) then I can go somewhere else. She then started yelling at me at the top of her lungs to “GET OUT!!!” as if accountability for acting like a rude child at work was a fire burning her alive, and as if I’d gotten verbally, or physically aggressive with her. (neither of which had happened. Was I being passive aggressive? Absolutely.)

I originally left the part out about the employee yelling, but I guess people should know they’ll be met with animosity if they call in on her shift to ask her a basic question, even if you’re not being aggressive. It’s a shame, because every other employee I’ve met at K & J’s is very...

I have a therapy dog and was going into the store and the clerk said rudely your dog cannot come in here .I mean I understand that there are rules and cannot take my dog everywhere with me . I told her I was only going to use the lottery machine but since I can't bring in my dog that I will go elsewhere. She said I could tie her up across the rode in the alley but there's traffic also mide you it's summer and very hot .
