I do not live in the area and needed a florist service for a close friends mother's funeral...I researched several online before deciding on this one in particuliar...After some communication via their Facebook page, I called and spoke directly with the owner...I expressed what I was looking for and she assured me that she would create something beautiful and in the spirit of what I knew my friend would appreciate...I actually made it in for the service and saw first hand the beautiful basket arrangement that she created...A website vs a Facebook page is always easier for me, but in this case I am so glad I went this florist...I would use her services again in a heartbeat and fully recommend this small...

When my mother in law passed away, a bouquet came from this shop. However, there was no return address for the senders who I did not know. I called the shop, but they couldn't help because the order came in through "1800flowers" per the shop. I mentioned that this can be a problem, not having an address for a thank you. I called 1800flowers but the non native English speaker was unable to help either because he wanted my name to do the search and it took 5 minutes to explain to him that I needed the name and address of the sender. He was unable to help. So, what do you do? Not send a thank you, I guess? Additionally, the penmanship was poor. I would not...

Placed an order from FL to my daughter in follansbee for her birthday. The Flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful n balloons a very nice touch!
