Received a text message from Izaiah regarding the current promo for the IPhone 17, gave the store a call and spoke with Izaiah to get more information and he was very helpful with explaining the deal and what would work best for my plan. I decided to stop in after work and upgrade to the 17. Izaiah was the only one working in the store as I guess everyone else left a few weeks ago and he was nothing but amazing. He was working with a dad and his son when I walked in and so I took a seat and waited for him to finished, after he finished with them we got started on my upgrade. Izaiah was hands down the best person I have ever worked with there and he has awesome customer service skills, though he may be running the show himself he still went above and beyond to get me the best deal and answer any questions I had....

I have been to the store many times. Every time I have had any issues with my phone or service the employees at that particular store have been very helpful and curtious. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a cellular phone to not even waste their time with other stores or carriers. Go directly that US Cellular store. The only thing I can think of that is not good is the fact that usually there are only three employees working on a normal day. That sometimes make the wait to be assisted...

15 day old phone. Can't install memory card. Reader isn't functional. Also locks up playing games. For some reason now all updates require WiFi.
