I ordered through Slice. Had order issues with the app. Used slice many times with a different pizza place and never had issues. Slice csa had to intervene and the order had to be put in manually. The Slice csa told toppers to NOT charge us when they manually entered the order. However when my husband showed up to pickup the order, he was told he needed to pay. The worker tried to get him to tip by mentioning it as he's paying and when he bypassed the tip, the worker was not very nice from there on out. The thing is, he planned to check the pizza to make sure it had been made correctly first and then tip. However, the moment he was given attitude and had the box dropped in front of him, instead of handing it to him, he was done. The pizza was... eh. It was soggy. I asked for light on 2 toppings. One topping was not light. If the pizza would have been done just a little more it would have been great. It just seemed like it was pulled out early. The hand tossed garlic crust was great. I won't order again as the behavior of the worker was not called for. Last experience I ordered online added cheese curds had a hand written message saying sorry we don't have cheese curds available right now but we hope you like the pizza and was still charged. I called the number and since they do a off site number the person. He tries to transfer me but they didn't pick up at the store so I got disconnected, called back but again had to talk to the offsite, I told them what happened and they said they would stay on for the transfer so again he tried and again they didn't pick up so the offsite said to call back in 30 minutes?????????? Seriously call back? Either way I waited the time called had the same no answer chat with another offsite and just gave up. This is just one of many messed up orders...

Called the place, spoke to the manager, he said they didn't have a driver and door dash wasn't picking up the order. K, so if that's the case, why don't they call to inform me? I could of picked up the pizza. They let me wait over 1 hr for the food and I had to call to follow up on the order. Manager offered to cook new fresh pizza if we go pick it up. When we picked up the pizza, the food was cold, they never cooked fresh pizza. Time stamp on pizza box label was almost 2 hrs old. The manager lied. I did get a refund tho.
