My Custom Shop Inc — Local services in Fond du Lac

I ordered speakers through this business mid July of 2021. The first set was on hand so I made an appointment and dropped my car off when they opened in the morning. When I returned at the end of the day they had still not installed them fully and I ended up waiting for another hour or so. Due to supply chain issues for which I do not blame them the second set was on back order till October. During this time I became very busy with work and let it go to the bottom of my "to-do list". Recently in February of 2022 I returned to the shop, at no point was I contacted that my speakers (which were already paid for) had arrived. When I walked in they had a nice layer of dust and my name written on the box. They do good work when they decide to be there to do it. Whoever I spoke to told me "we don't really have set hours its just whenever we're here". I made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived at the shop it was closed and nobody was there. There was a sign posted they would return at 4 pm. I returned to the shop a little after 4 and the woman I spoke to stated the mechanic/owner or whoever he is "is out running a few errands and would back at some point". The people running this business do not seem to value their customers time and are more then happy to take your money and never provide any feedback on products or appointments. 0 out of 10 would give it no stars but 1...

Do not go here !!! They don’t care what they sell you , they will lie right to your face if they noticed that you don’t know anything about cars. The owner will ignore you When he feels like he’s got his part done, even though the part was never fixed! Sold the car to us saying that the turning was normal for that kind of vehicle only to find out it was not! It was like Christmas on the dashboard only a couple days after getting the car! that doesn’t just happen. I’m pretty sure someone just cleared the codes before we came to look at it. It was like ring around the Rosie with that man and his wife . Save your money and go...
