Where is the 6 star button? My first custom build and probably the most expensive! I did my research and made sure all parts I had ordered were compatible. So when I meticulously put my build together and the moment of truth! Power button, into bios, then crash! Could not get the OS to boot, it would crash everytime. For 2 days no amount of threads and internet searches had any solution. I have tried everything even completley tearing down and rebuilding several times. I thought I had faulty products and there was no way I could tell where the problem was.
I finally decided I was in over my head and found Compucell which was a place that dealt with high end computers. I took my computer in and dealt with a guy by the name of Frank I believe, I told him my situation and he said no problem he would diagnose it. A couple days later Frank called, and said there was an anomaly with my video card, and that it worked with other computers but not mine. But when he put in a different video card, my computer would boot up fine. So I was like cool, sell me a video card that was comparable to mine so I can just have a working computer.
A few days later I went to go pick up my computer, and was a little confused, I still saw my video card in the computer. At first I was thinking either they didn't know I was agreeing to pay for a new card or it just couldn't be fixed, but one of the workers plugged in the computer, and everything booted up flawlessly, I was happy! They got everything working and installed my OS.
I went from about to dropping another $400 - $500 on the computer down to $140.00 out the door. They saved me a lot of time, money, and headache. Needless to say but this is the only place I am taking any of my computers in the future.
Don't hesitate with these guys for your computer needs. Workers at Compucell are friendly, informative, and are Pro at...
Read moreEdit: the bottom half was my original review with a 3 star, but I came on here to edit this review with a 5 star, because only a day later after I posted my review the owner of compucell, his name is Frank, reached out to me in regards to my order, he found out that I was over charged and wanted to make it right be refunding me what I was owed, and he did just that, so thank you very much Frank for taking the time to review my order and making it right, as you deserve a 5 star and a positive review for making it right, I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with your company again. So yes thank you very much.
Although This place has very nice computer builds, I do feel I was ripped off, I called a week prior to coming in the store I asked about a lian li strimmer v2 plus and I was told they have them in store and it would cost around 140-150 for price of part and install, when I showed up sunny questioned what I told him about what I was told over the phone saying no that’s not correct and gave me a different price, I ended up going through with the purchase and added on a 2060 super graphics card and after I got my receipt I noticed I payed double the price for the strimmer v2 $120 dollars, plus $80 for the install of the strimmer and graphics card, as I see the strimmer cables online for half the price of $120. if someone could please clarify that, thank you I’m not sure if I was over charged or not. Also sunny is a good guy he just needs better customer service, he spent more time on his cell phone texting than actually helping me, and then kindly pushed me to give him a 5 star review, I do think it’s ok to ask for us to leave a review but don’t push me to leave one.
And also Blake the guy who worked on my pc is a super cool dude, he did a great job on my pc and I’m happy with it and he’s...
Read moreI had an absolutely amazing experience with CompuCell PC shop! From the very start, their team made the entire process of building my gaming PC smooth, stress free, and genuinely exciting. They really took the time to listen to what I wanted, walked me through the best options for my budget, and explained everything in a way that made sense even for someone who isn’t super tech savvy.
When it came to the actual build, they went above and beyond. The craftsmanship was flawless, the cable management was super clean, and the final setup looked incredible. But what impressed me the most was the performance this PC is a total powerhouse! Games run ultra smooth, the graphics are stunning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
CompuCell PC didn’t just sell me a computer they delivered an experience. They kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about every step. That level of customer care is rare these days, and it really sets them apart.
If you’re considering building a gaming PC, I can’t recommend CompuCell PC enough. Whether you’re a first time buyer or a hardcore gamer, they’ll treat you right and make sure you walk away with a system you’re proud of. Five stars...
