I must admit this isn’t a good trusted business. 1. They made up charges and added parts that I didn’t need or request. 2. They lied to me saying they replaced my blades not knowing my blades were already brand new. 3. They wouldn’t even show me what they fixed when I returned for pick up. I had to basically beg them to show me what on my equipment was repaired. 4. They treated me like I was less than them as if I didn’t deserve any of their services even though I paid over $100 for them to just install a “screw”.
I scheduled a service for 1 part to be installed Mainly because (THEY told me) the part had to be installed to replace my damaged part because they can’t repair the part I had already because those parts are “impossible” to fix but after returning to the store to pay and pick up they said they “fixed” the part I already had and they tried to add on extra parts also and charge me for them. They stated they had “replaced my bent blades because they’re bent” NOT KNOWING MY BLADES WERE ALREADY BRAND NEW. They removed the charges after I told them I have receipts to prove my blades are brand new. When I returned to pickup my item They wouldn’t even bring it out and tell me what they fixed. They treated me as if everything they were doing was a favor as if I wasn’t paying 1-$200 for the service. After paying for the service, i noticed on the receipt that the part I requested to be installed was not installed but instead they just installed a “screw” to fix the issue. I asked the guy at the front service desk what was the screw they installed. He snatched the paper out of my hand and didn’t know what to tell me trying to come up with something off the top of his head.    Read moreThe 3 star review is for the sales department, they are very helpful and knowledgeable of the products they sell. My issue is the service department. I purchased my mower 20 years ago and true to form I was allowed to bring it in for service. After about 10 years the service got sloppy where once a wheel fell off after 15 minutes of cutting. My last experience was taking the mower in for cutting off after starting. I was told it could take 2 weeks. I received a voicemail that it was ready and the cost was $48. I called to confirm and went to pick it up. Paid the $48 and they helped me load the mower on my truck. I got home gas was leaking and the spark plug was loose. This is when I looked at the receipt and everything needed replacing (new trans, pinion gears, axle bushings plug cross threaded, belt, carb kit. Any repair will exceed the value. 🤬 I reseated the gasket to stop the gas leak and tighten the spark plug. Tried to start and the same thing ; start and cut off. I removed the gas port screw and scrubbed clean. Replaced it and cut my lawn with no issues. $48 Lesson learned “Anyone can be a parts changer”. Good place to purchase but use caution in the service department.

   Read moreThis place sells the best equipment and their service department is good but they think they are the only game in town. I bought a $ 11,000 mower from them and have it serviced regularly. In April I asked them to do a full gold star service. This ended up costing way more than the initial quote and it took 3 weeks longer than stated. There was no apology or explication just arrogance and cockiness. I have used the mower only 3 times since the service. One of The steering arms is way harder to push than the other. I called and asked what to do they said bring it in and in 5 to 6 weeks they would look at it. Arrogant arrogant arrogant. I am taking it to another repair facility and will buy my equipment elsewhere.
