RUN GHETTO and THEY TAKE no responsibility Sooooo my husband and I ordered food at this place for the first time. The manager took the order and said the order will be ready in 15 minutes. We live 20 minutes away my husband was gone for over and hour and comes home with no food. He was very tired after being up for work since 4:30 am. He waited 40 MINUTES for NOTHING!!!!! I called the store manger asking what happen to the order my husband went straight up stair to sleep. When calling the manager I was very professional. I told him that I do not understand why he stated that the order will be ready in 15 minutes.I was in disbelief he would not take any responsibility at ALL Never apologize to me. Never yelled @ him I was questioning how they do things at this place.I gave him my advice in customer service you should not tell someone that the food is going to be ready in 15 minutes and then turn around and say that was just the estimated time and lied and said that he never said 15 minutes.( I heard him). The little boy hung up on me and then called back I thought the phone hung up.. Complete idiot...And my whole entire beans I’ve never seen a manager take no responsibility not apologize and blame the whole situation on you insane to me... Quote there were orders in head of you ... of course it’s Friday the bottom line you told us aTIME !!!! The pictures look amazing but the food had literally no flavor. I got steak nachos. The steak was shaved steak, like philly cheesesteak steak, but no seasonings on anything. The chips were those cheap round tortilla chips that you get from a concession stand. the lettuce was shredded sooooo thin. The cheese was the yellow cheese from a can. This is a Mexican restaurant, where's the queso? The Mango drink I got was watered down. Ordered via UberEats. This was the absolute worst food ever! I’m agreeing with the other reviewer who said somebody faking these 4 & 5 star reviews. No pictures this time because we trashed the food. The bread on the torta was fresh though. The steak was tough and flavorless. My sopes were gross. And I mean gross. The tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream were fresh.
