My first experience with Pizza Wali was underwhelming, but I decided to give them another chance. I’m thrilled to say that things have significantly improved. Their pizza is absolutely to die for – it's packed with flavor and each bite is a delight. While the wait time is still longer than I'd like, the excellent customer service somewhat compensates for this inconvenience. The ambiance of the place has a lively hustle and bustle vibe, clearly reflecting their high volume of orders. There is seating available inside, though it’s quite basic in terms of decor. The boy upfront that does the orders and take calls is not familiar with placing special pizza orders. And the owners has a anger problem when you correct him for making the orders wrong along with Not respecting women. Last I checked a lot of Black dollars is being spent there to have nasty food, customer service, and Management. Stop acting like we need you there cause we Don't You Need Us!!!!Maybe there needs to be a Real pizza establishment there instead. Ordered 10 piece wings for online for pickup. I got to the restaurant about 25 minutes since I placed the order and the boy in the front told me I had to wait another 4 minutes. I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes until I was finally given my food. In a rush to get the kids home I didn’t check the wings until we got home… that’s when I realized it was overcooked and super dry. When I called the restaurant to tell them, I was told “we’re out of wings” which gives me reason to believe they just reheated an old order and tried to serve us.
