Walked in the door at 3:01 there was 1 person that had already ordered in the lobby I didn't get waited on until 3:20 the girl that took my order was Very Very Rude I had to repeat my order 3 times then she tells me it's $35.75 for 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads I told her that wasn't that much she then tells me that she is the one behind the counter working not me and after 5 mins of waiting she finally tells me the correct amout I didn't get my food until 3:54 I asked them why it took almost 1 hour and I was told we where waiting on the crazy bread funny thing was I seen them wait on over 10 people in the drivethrew and gave them there crazy bread but I just wanted to leave I checked my food and both my pizzas where wrong so I said that I had the wrong pizzas and the girl says to me I new you where going to be one of those customers! I was ready to come completely unglued but I kept my cool and at 4:12 I had my order and left I will never go back ever again they are Completley Rude they don't care about anything besides talking and texting on there cell phones and the Comments they made to me where just redicolous I will be making a Complant threw there corporate office but it probably won't do Any good so my advice is to to Forest...
Read moreWe placed an order (delivery) this evening and it was missing items and in addition the pizza was also incorrect. The pizza was supposed to have mushrooms, onions, olives, and fresh mozzarella on the entire pizza with green peppers on one half and jalapenos on the other half. It appeared to be missing the mozzarella and had jalapenos on the entire pizza. I am not a huge fan of jalapenos. I was able to take them off but I could still taste them. It truthfully ruined the pizza for me. We were also missing all of the dipping sauces we ordered (and paid for!) except for the crazy sauce.
We tried to call the store but nobody picked up the phone. As I type this I have been on hold with corporate customer service for 15 minutes.
We spent a lot of money treating ourselves to this meal. I am disabled so we don't often spend this much on takeaway. Then when I got to the window, nobody greeted me to even tell me it was going to be a few minutes. So I beeped and a man came to the window and he looked up my order, it wasn't ready. It was already about 15 to 20 minutes past the time they told me it would be ready. The man told me that my order was coming out in a few minutes. I waited another half hour without anyone telling me what was going on. The only reason I didn't go inside is because I am disabled and I can't walk that well with something in my hands.
