Dollar Tree — Local services in Forney

I had an extremely disappointing experience during my first visit to this newly opened Dollar Store. An employee who refused to provide her name or wear a name tag demonstrated unprofessional and potentially discriminatory behavior. From the moment I entered, she turned her back on me, rudely shouted that her register was closed, and refused to assist with a simple product inquiry. She interrupted conversations, provided misinformation about inventory without checking, and seemed visibly annoyed at having to interact with customers. Concerningly, she appeared to selectively serve customers of her own race while ignoring others. When I politely asked for her name, she loudly berated me in front of other customers, using inappropriate language. This level of customer service is unacceptable for any business, let alone a new store trying to establish itself in the community. Management should seriously reconsider their hiring and training practices to ensure all customers are treated with respect and dignity. I hope this review prompts immediate action to improve the customer experience at this location. Not even a year living in Texas and was looking forward to this Dollar Tree opening up. Well, it did and I was not impressed. Originally from California, I can see a huge difference with employees out here. I have reached out to this company and absolutely no feedback, which says a LOT!

Of all the employees I have seen at this particular store, there is "1" young girl who always has a smile. Unfortunately I did not write down her name, but she rings you up, with a smile, she thanks you with a smile, others? Well, they need to be fired! Store manager is not customer service friendly either, no smile and has an attitude like I am bothering her.

Customer service needs to step it up with employees, but they need training first.

This location is close to me, so if I really need something, I am taking a chance it will be there.

Store stock is nuts, not kept up, stuff out of place, just sad.

Absolutely Amazing Store, Still Considered New, one of the few real dollar Stores left, absolutely love the prices 💥💯💥😎. Prices are so good they actually sell out of merchandise quickly, so That's a good problem to have, but not as a consumer, which is why we get and lose points at the same time.
