7-Eleven — Local services in Forney

One Star - Extremely Disappointing Service at 7-Eleven My recent visit to the 7-Eleven at 1340 FM 548, Forney, TX 75126 was incredibly disappointing due to the shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff member on duty. From the moment I approached the counter, I was met with an unfriendly demeanor and a distinct lack of courtesy. When I inquired about purchasing some beef jerky her attitude was subpar at best and furthermore she was trying to charge me for ice and normally when I come into the store which is often I've never been charged for ice especially when I bring in my own personal cup to fill with ICE only also this same employee not even 2 weeks ago allowed me to come into the store and didn't charge me for ice that time so I was a bit perplexed as to why she was adamant on having me pay for it this time and furthermore I've gone into this same store during mornings, evenings, and nights and not once has any employee charged me for ice when bringing in my own personal cup, the employee responded with rude behavior rolling her eyes and then proceeded to tell me two different stories as well Firstly stating the owner/manager said they had to charge for the ice when it's in your own personal cup and then when I told her that she herself had not rung me up for this prior to that she rebuttled stating that she paid for the ice herself which I felt was a lie. There was absolutely no attempt to provide even basic customer service. In fact, the interaction felt confrontational and unpleasant. Beyond the general rudeness, the employee also demonstrated a lack of professionalism by ignoring me when I continued to question her about this new policy that no other employees seem to be aware of and seems as if she picks and chooses when she wants to adhere to it herself.. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with a minimum level of respect and courtesy. This experience fell far short of those basic expectations. The behavior of this employee was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the 7-Eleven brand. I will certainly think twice before returning to this location or any for that matter and would caution others to be prepared for potentially...

Dirty store stuff everywhere mop bucket filled with nasty water and broom right under the atm I don’t even feel comfortable to get close enough to use the atm. I asked them if they can move the stuff and mess to other side of the store a while back but put it back and they leave it out with the customers. I wish the store was cleaner unfortunately I have to go to another store it’s sad because I want to like this store because it’s closest to my home . I don’t want to keep bothering them to move it out the way and keep bugging them about keeping the store clean every time I come that’s not my place to do that especially all the time , so I’m afraid I’ll need to go to another store . I feel like these mops and buckets and dirty water shouldn’t be out and around the customers they should be able to put it around the back or somewhere else. Also the restroom is flooded another customer just confirmed it as well...

The morning and mid day shift have excellent customer service most of the time. I don't like stopping by the store in the evening and night shift. Tonight the young man and young lady that worked were rude. I asked for some some cheese to go on my pizza. The young man said that the store doesn't carry that. The young lady works on different shifts all she does is throw the food in the trash, but you never see her put anything new out. This has to get better, why is there not a variety of food...
