I was driving south on I-75 when my SUV suddenly started shaking—and I still had 6 hours left to drive. In a bit of a panic, I searched for help nearby and called this shop. From the moment they picked up the phone, I knew I was in good hands. They told me to bring it right in, even knowing I was under serious time pressure.

As soon as I arrived, they jumped into action. They took the car for a test drive, lifted it up, and thoroughly checked the wheels and suspension. Then they discovered something unexpected—it wasn’t a mechanical issue, but a glitch with the lane assist and steering. They walked me through how to turn it off, and just like that, the problem was solved. No charge. No upsell. No delay.

These were hands-down the nicest people I’ve met in my adult life. Honest, fast, and genuinely kind. The owner/manager was incredible. While I was in the office, I even got to meet their sweet shop dog, Bay—a total bonus.

My tire blew out on the highway on the way back from work and I was parked at a gas station. Southern Commercial Tire was the closest shop so I gave them a call and told them my situation. The man on the phone, Sean, was understanding and offered to have Ryan come by within the hour to look at my car and change my tire.

Ryan was so helpful and needed to go back a couple times to get some extra tools since my tires ended up being more complicated than we thought. I ended up following him to Southern Commercial Tire where he found the hole and plugged my tire for me. He ensured I was good to go and I would be safe! They were so helpful and efficient!

Driving down I-75 on a family road trip I picked up a giant metal spike in my rear tire. A nice gentleman stopped and asked if I needed any help. He gave me the phone number for Southern Commercial Tire and said they were located just down the road. We made it down there and they were beyond accommodating and said they’d have me out of there in about 45 minutes. My kids loved playing with the two shop dogs in the waiting room which really helped pass the time. Less than 20 minutes later my tire was already plugged and they only charged me $20.
