Went in on a recommendation and I am so happy I did! Robyn the owner took great care of my diamond earrings. They are a two stage screw on back and I lost the back of one of them and after 32 years of wearing them they needed some TLC! After less than 24 hours and a great price I had my beautiful earrings back looking like new! So happy and I would recommend her quality work and customer service...

Rude as hell. I told the lady that I was looking for watch pins. I need pins for 3 citizen eco-drives and both size marathon divers watches. She said she couldn't do it without the watches. Lady jeweler was incompetent and snooty. Brought a new watch in to resize the band and she could not complete the job, she recommended other jewelers for the job after bending one of the pins. I am glad she did the Watch Man in the Laughlin mall was great. I will never go to this jeweler again, she even said my...
