When I first was looking at dress shopping for my wedding dress, I knew that Always and Forever was definitely one of the stores I wanted to look at. They helped me find my dream dress for my high school senior prom and were so supportive! Because I lived out of state, trying to book an appointment was not an easy task, but they were very accommodating and understanding in trying to help me any way they could! I was so excited when the day finally came and I was hoping I would walk out of there with my dream dress!

From the moment my mom, sister, and I stepped in the door at Always and Forever, Haylee made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She asked me all the right questions and was very detailed/thorough when trying to help me figure out what I wanted in my dream dress. When we started looking, she pulled different styles and colors to give me a variety of options to see what looked best on me and what I really liked. When I got down to the final two, I had to try them both on multiple times. We decided to make a pros and cons list of each dress. I loved Haylee’s honest opinion of what she thought about each dress. When I was still having trouble deciding, she came up with the great idea of giving me some accessories like a veil and bouquet to help pull it all together and really imagine what it would look like on my big day. I was so thankful she did that, it was the deciding factor in choosing my dream dress that I fell in love with! It was a very emotional moment for my family and I, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Fast forward to my big day, and my dress was everything I wanted and more! I have never felt more beautiful and when my husband saw me walking down the aisle, he got very emotional, which made me emotional. As the day went on, I got so many compliments of how stunning I looked and it made me feel so good.

I purchased my wedding dress here. They were very nice here but I am in no way happy with my purchase. The sales associate told me I was not allowed to take photos of myself in any of the dresses I try on before agreeing to purchase them. Had I known that before my appointment I would have shopped elsewhere. I ended buying a dress straight off the rack and taking it home day of instead of taking my measurements and ordering a dress ( the sales associate told me it was a “perfect fit” and I did not need to order a different size). My family was allowed to take pictures after I agreed to purchase the dress. When I got home and looked at the pictures I was not happy. My dress is a strapless A-line and looks great in the front but it is noticeably ill fitting in the back. I looked up an Essence of Australia sizing chart and according to my measurements the dress I purchased was one size too small in the waist. Suffice to say I’m really disappointed. Now I have to spend a lot more money on an already very expensive dress in the hopes a seamstress can fix the fit problem.

**Update: After posting this review the manager of the store called me to see how she could fix the problem. She was very nice, professional, and sympathetic to my situation. She said if I brought in my dress they would take my measurements and order the same dress in the correct size. It was really nice of this bridal store to go the extra mile to fix the problem, when they could have easily said all sales are final. I appreciate them...

This is absolutely the ONLY option in the area for any and all dress needs! The atmosphere, the professionalism, the welcoming smiles, and the prices are unlike any establishment that my family and I have visited in search of a dress for my daughter's Military Ball. We arrived and they asked if we had an appointment; we did not, and we explained that we had a not so pleasant experience at another local business. They immediately sprung into action with a smile and obvious happiness to help. The prices... When I say the prices are amazing, I mean we picked something up for under a hundred dollars and it was brand new and GORGEOUS. They have clearance items that are not just the unwanted and undesirable junk that they have to "try and get rid of," it's all beautiful and the prices are amazing. But of course, if you desire to spend more, there is plenty that is in the higher end of the price range. Another point of interest for me was the roomy aisle ways and the size of the store. You are absolutely not crowded and bumping into everyone like it's a family reunion or something. They are very generous with their merchandising and leave the customers plenty of space so that there is no extra anxiety. I could continue on forever if I think about the experience, so let me finish with this: they have plenty of young ladies who are clearly working with a servant's heart and will go above and beyond to meet your needs down to every detail.
