Save yourself the trip, no more tokens! Now they have a card with "points" kids are expected to keep up with with a credit card they swipe at each machine until they get a green light which doesn't tell you how many points you have left unless you go to a kiosk. This is NOT kid friendly and ruins the whole experience. My 4 year old, was able in the past, to get a couple of tokens & go play, come back for a couple more...but now I'd have to let him run off with a card with 30 dollars worth of game play he could lose or overcharge by multiple swipes. Now that there are no tokens there also is not a cup to help keep ur tickets in, so u have a card in one hand and loose tickets in the other, with all the excitement and the requiring of both hands to play games how are small children not going to lose 1 or both? It should be a carefree experience. Yes, I want to play some games right there with my child, but they should also get the joy of running off with a token in their hand. I had my 1st b-day at Chuck E. Cheese and have brought all 3 of my children to enjoy the place for over 17 years.... and I will NOT bring them back until Chuck E. brings back tokens. At the least make tokens or card an customer choice. Cards for adults and older children and tokens for...

The pizzas (8 XL!) were fresh and delicious as always, and the entire evening was a success. Crystal has become a familiar face for our family throughout the year, and it's always special to see her interacting with the kids and helping families. Tonight, she even took the time to show my child how to play one of the games, which means so much to us. It's rare to see someone put so much heart into their work, and because of her, we’ll continue to visit and recommend Chuck E. Cheese to others.
Thank you for making this end of season celebration so enjoyable. We appreciate the fun, the food, and especially the care Crystal and the...
