Disappointing Experience with Auto Finders â Wouldnât Recommend
We financed $26K for two UTVs from Auto Finders. While the 4-wheeler has been fine, the Uforce 1000 has been a complete disappointment. The throttle is jumpy in low gear, and despite reaching out to Auto Finders, it took six months just to get the necessary computer part to fix the issue.
To make matters worse, the battery on our brand-new UTV failed and wouldnât take a charge. When we brought it in for inspection, Auto Finders charged us $80 just to diagnose a dead battery. Then, they charged another $200 for a replacementâcompletely out of pocket, as it wasnât covered under warranty. When my husband called to question the charge, a young employee rudely responded, âDid you honestly expect us to do that for free?â Yes, we didâespecially since the UTV was less than a year old. Worse yet, they didnât even address the original jerking issue, likely because the employee never bothered to mention it.
Their motto is âYou are family as soon as you walk in the door!â If this is how they treat family, I want no part of it. Once you sign on the dotted line, they have no interest in helping you and will nickel-and-dime you for basic issues.
When we questioned their policies, we were told, âLeave and donât come back.â That level of unprofessionalism speaks for itself.
We had also considered trading in our camper for a pontoon boat they had on the lot, but after this experience, weâll be taking our business to a dealership that actually cares about its customers. The level of disrespect and the lack of professionalism is disgusting and I wouldnât recommend Auto...
Read moreThe sales people were nice when we showed up looking at vehicles. They were the only one's near us that had what we were looking for, so I give them credit for their inventory, but that is where my praise ends.
There is no communication between departments. Had in contract that certain things were to be done to my vehicle and they never got done. In fact 1 of the things that was supposed to get done and hasn't, has led to a cracked windshield, and now I have to pay for both the part and a windshield cause it makes no since to fix the glass without fixing the cause of the cracked glass.
I'm editing this review (3 months later) to give updates on the vehicle.
The last time we brought it in for the part that was in contract to be replaced (still hasn't been done) the starter went out (in parking lot). Thankfully had warranty, but still. They fixed that, but then we started having transmission issues. It's been in a shop 3 times now to get that fixed.
So total, in the 3-4 months that we've had this vehicle, we've had it to drive a little...

We spent $20k on two utvs. The 4wheeler has been great, but the Uforce 1000 we bought is junk. The throttle is jumpy in low gear. We contacted Auto Finders about the issue and had to wait 6 months for them to purchase the computer to fix the issue. Then another problem arose. The battery in our brand new utv went bad. Would not take a charge. We weren't sure what the problem was and took it to Auto Finders. They charged us $80 just to tell us that we needed a new battery in a brand new utv. The battery will cost us $200. And it was not covered under warranty. Do not believe what these guys tell you at the sale. They will charge you exorbitant prices for common problems once the sale is done. They do not care about their customers. They actually told me "Leave and don't come back" when I questioned their policy...
