WAY TO GO SUMMER!

Let me explain, we placed an order and got to the store and you could IMMEDIATELY tell how busy 1 person was (summer) she was by herself she quickly explained that her team didn't show up (before running, literally running, to check on things) instead of letting it bring her down she made us all laugh and we didnt mind the wait because we FULLY understood what was going on. This poor girl was working her heart out, as fast as she could with not a complaint in her body. I was here on business and will for sure be visiting this location again next time I'm in town. This girl deserves to go far..not many employees do I know, that when it gets tough do they make up or work harder, most wouldn't care. She didnt care about the money she was making( hourly ) she cared about customer satisfaction and you could clearly tell. It's very rare I write reviews, but I hope summer gets a pat on the back (at the very least) I have contacted the store manager as well as district manager to ensure that this girl gets rewarded for all of her hard work!

Will never go to Pizza Hut in Roland Ok again.I have been eating there one or two times a week since I moved here Jan. of 2014.I ordered Creamy Chicken Alfredo with 5 breadsticks and Meaty Marinara like I do every Tuesday.Got there order was ready for once.Manger check me out.She was real short with me took my money gave me my food and walked away(No hello no thank you no smile)I took my food and went to my car and checked my order to see if it was right no Marinara Dipping Sauce,No big deal I just went back inside to get.She came back to the counter and asked want.I in a nice voice said the forgot my Marinara Sauce,She went and got it and tossed it on the counter said thats .$0.60 extra.I asked don't it come with the breadsticks? Her reply was "NOT WITH PASTA"and rolled her eyes at me.Well I have got it all the other times.She will not have to worry about me making that mistake again because I will...

They take to long to make the food and as a door dasher we have to get the food out but they take there time then when the people get there food its not right and I hope they don't try to say I dont know what am talking about because I do my husband used to work at this place and didn't work here long because of what was going on and Manger wanted me to pay for someone else food and no thats not happening so he had to deliver it his self got butt hurt and fixed it where I cant pick up orders here am ok with this wrong Decision he said he lost 250.00 dollars in pizza 🍕 I had 6 orders no I only had two they need to back track and see what his deal is and he is very rude and hateful and he didn't lose no money because they was paid for he needs to get his stoy right and there all the time out of stuff what Business like this place run out of cheese and ranch...
