Jiffy Trip — Local services in Fort Smith

I'll start off by saying this place never has receipts at the pump. At least 80% of the time I had to go inside and get a receipt which leads me to believe that it's a tactic to draw you inside to purchase other items. That's my opinion second of all they have 10 people on staff on any given day so that's really unacceptable. Second I've asked several times since the store was built for them to get one of the most popular cigarette brands that every store in fort Smith carries but then and it falls on deaf ears. If I was asking for a specialty item that would be different but their cigarette selection is worse than Dollar generals. This place just moved into fort Smith doesn't try to compete with gas prices yet we still all go there and I don't know why considering everything is overpriced and their staff doesn't know how to say you're welcome. Some of them do but most of them just give you the I don't care look after you say thank you. Kind of like you Taco Bell. Oh and you McDonald's. You have 10 people working yet your receipts are always empty please get that fixed. Your customer service is terrible, please get that fixed. And lastly your cigarette selection is terrible please get that fixed. Camel golds are one of the most popular cigarettes out and you cannot carry them for what reason? I would love for a manager to respond to this review. I was so excited whenever I saw that a store was being built on that corner considering that I live in the traffic crossing area, only to find out that it was some name I've never even heard of and it sucked completely. Hurry up and go out of business so Casey's can move in there please or fix your store. I know I'm not the only one who thinks that your cigarette selection is terrible. And you just come in here Boss hog and like I'm going to put our gas price forever we want because there's no other store around us so I believe it's advertised at the chaffee crossing side which would be your middle class and upper middle class and upper class before Smith so of course their gas prices are going to be more expensive and they're items inside the store right? Wrong. I should have left this review a long time ago. The store down the road that you put out of business which I thought was the worst store ever was even better than your store. I must express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at Jiffy Trip. My wife and I have been regular patrons for quite some time. We typically enjoy sitting at the tables. As members of the Mormon faith, it has become a sort of community tradition for us. We consistently find the breakfast offerings to be delightful. However, on a recent visit, I was curious about the Chester's chicken, as it was a new addition, and I was accustomed to the meatloaf and smoked meats they previously offered. I had several questions, so I decided to ask them all at once to avoid causing repeated inconvenience. The lady I spoke with, whom I had seen before, usually appeared friendly, although I had never actually engaged in conversation with her. Initially, she seemed to answer my first question promptly, though she did interrupt me before I could finish asking it. As I posed subsequent questions, her responses became noticeably shorter and her demeanor appeared somewhat frustrated. When I politely addressed her interruption and expressed my disapproval, she interrupted me once more. She denied cutting me off and proceeded to argue with me regarding each subsequent question. Her behavior was both belligerent and disrespectful. We decided to leave, informing the gentleman present that we would not be returning. To ensure I wasn't misinterpreting the situation, I sought my wife's perspective, and she concurred that the lady's behavior was indeed inappropriate and unprofessional in every way. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize how great this store is. Its always clean, bathrooms especially. Cashiers greet & are very friendly... the kitchen is pretty awesome as well, the food is always hot & delicious, the employees are very helpful. The kitchen manager (Alexandra I think her name is) always has a smile on her face & very polite. I have been in there the last couple weeks when they have been doing some work in the kitchen for Chesters Chicken I think it is thats coming in. The manager seems to be doing a great job at keeping herself & her team, calm through all the chaos. Its a nice change to come into a gas station that has smiling and polite cashiers & managers, but in the kitchen as well. Keep up...
