We purchased a new king mattress for us and a queen mattress for our guest room in August. I purposely waited until now to write a review to see how the beds have held up. I am very pleased with each and love the storage I have gained under the beds with the platform base. Our king mattress is very comfortable and I don't have shoulder pain anymore like I did with the old mattress. We loved the fact that there was no high pressure, just quality products. I had an amazing experience with BoxDrop. Tracy and Amy offer a variety of mattress sets, in addition to also offering affordable frames and delivery. My stairway was very awkward and Tracy was still able to get the mattress placed in my bedroom despite the complications. Not only were the services provided professional, but it offered a well timed and needed friendliness. Thanks to BoxDrop I will not be sleeping on the floor tonight and for that I am most appreciative. I definitely see myself going back to them for future services!!!...

Honestly some of the nicest and most patient people.
