Iron Society Strength and Fitness — Local services in Fort Wayne

Greedy, unappreciative and all about the money. Prices kept going up and despite the contract I signed up with they still jacked the price up. I was paying 15 a mo th as a service member that was great then it went up to like 22 or something then they shot the price up to 30 and instead of allowing me to cancel it when I called Feb 1st they said “we have a 30 day cancelation policy”

Well how about instead of being a greedy company you respect the fact that I am don’t paying for your price hikes and not force me to pay because Feb is a short month. Pathetic how they are more worried about $30 than saving a little faith. All over a day or two “per policy” I was with the gym since it was first brought to Fort Wayne and I wouldn’t give these people a damn bit of help if I saw them stranded in the side of the road.

Oh and before you respond I’m not an internet troll this is a very real review and you are far from supportive of the military. You’re just a scammy money Hungry...

Aside from my other favorite gym, The YMCA (b/c my little girls enjoy the endless amount of activities there), Iron Society Strength and Fitness Gym 👌 is where it's AT! They're Veteran Owned in which they take military, police, and firefighters, etc. seriously! They're extremely clean which is always encouraging especially in this Covid19 Pandemic. The staff is polite, respectful and very knowledgeable about the gym and their equipment. What's also been so helpful for me is that when you're there working out there's no drama; basically everyone else is there for the same reasons you are. The gym members have been very respectful and helpful for me if I am there when staff isn't after 8p.m. It's kind of a nice little family to me. And I absolutely love their pricing which isn't over the top. Its affordable! The other plus is it's a 24 hour place to go workout! There's 2 locations & both campuses are legit just...

Gym- Great, you can really get a solid workout here and hit everything sauna included Staff- not sure why the people at the counter are always so rude and short. You get the strong impression they hate being here and cant be bothered with your little people problems. Veteran owned-but not veteran friendly, stopped coming in the morning before duty as i just PCS to this area, the looks I get and general disgusted people have on their face when I get ready in the mornings is truly off putting. Also i attended another gym. When I first moved here. Hated it. Wanted to switch my family here but unless i pay to add my Spouse and child their is no real way of knowing if they will enjoy this location. Could be a situation where i pay, and my spouse and child don't like it and i just gave this gym a free money to have them try it for 2-3 days. Don’t worry $15 day pass and $4 child watch sounds like it should...
