Absolutely terrible customer service. Don’t walk into this facility without detailed pictures of every common item and fitting that you are attempting to purchase from this store. If you have any quantity of returns or heavy items, make sure to bring help or a back brace. The friendly staff will sit on their stools and won’t so much as help you with a door (I learned this the hard way with over 1000’ or conduit that was over ordered.) If you make it in far enough to request that somebody assist you for purchasing or accept your returns, be ready for an awful attitude in return to the request. They most definitely have no respect for a contractors time. This is the only store within the chain that I have ever received this type of poor service from. I have never heard anybody, in the public service industry, so blatantly complain about “dealing with returns” , directly to the customer, like I had today. I was appalled at the immaturity of the gentleman and how he made childish faces and rude comments the entire time. We will be using other suppliers for future jobs local to...

I'm a Tier 1 Emergency Responder. This place saved my butt on a service call that required a special vapor tight light fixture. They had it in stock when nobody else in town did.

I called countless supply houses in the area as well as drove to them in search of this fixture.

This place was the place that saved the day. Saved me a return trip. Saved me hours of time.

Oh, I forgot to add the part about "the new girl" running up to the front with the fixture like a super hero because she had thought that I had already left.

I tell ya folks. In this world, most people don't care. The ones that do ? They only take it 80%........ You gotta respect the hustle. Pun intended 😉
