Food was really good. Steak just melted in your mouth. Mashed potatoes were really good. Had the bacon mac and cheese and that was really good. The bread was good but the butter was about frozen. I thought it was very tasty but thought it was expensive. Wife and I split entrée and added mac and cheese side and cup soup and 1 appetizer and it still cost 70. I had pop and wife had water. 4/14/24. Wife and I went this time. She got filet and lobster tail with baked potato and side salad with ranch. We checked and ranch was glueten free. So we ordered it. However being gluten free she cannot have bread and the salad came out with croutons on it. The salad just did not have much flavor. The lobster tail was cooked nicely however it also was not very flavorful. My guezz is that it was farm raised. The filet was cooked to perfection and melted in your mouth. But again a somewhat muted flavor. I got ribeye with shrimp mashed potatoes and ceasar salad. My ceasar sald was just ok. Not much flavor at all. The steak was very tender and juicy. But unfortunately it did not have much flavor. Mashed potatoes were very good. The shrimp was also good but messey taking all the tails off. They serve coke products but not mellow yellow. I would probably eat here again but this is no where near as good as what i had at texas roadhouse.

I ordered the 8 oz top sirloin cooked medium rare, and my partner had the 6 oz sirloin medium well. We started with a Caesar salad for her and the Lobster and shrimp cream chowder for me, both had steamed broccoli as our side, and split the strawberries and cream shortcake for dessert. I cannot speak highly enough about my steak or the service. It's possible I've never had a properly cooked medium rare steak. I'm used to eating my steak underdone, but this one was absolutely perfect. The chowder was tasty but did not exceed expectations. The broccoli, surprisingly, was the problem. Initially, my partner's broccoli was raw, not steamed properly. Our server was immaculately professional and very gracious and replaced it for us. However, when trying both servings, we found it inconsistently seasoned. Sometimes the dressing was so mild as to give the impression of just being a little butter or oil (ideal). Other pieces tasted so powerfully of vinegar as to twist the mouth. Not a meal-ender, but worth noting since we both ordered it. The shortcake was a perfectly-sized portion to split, light, and tasted as good as it looked.

We have been to longhorn steakhouse on several occasions and I'm surprised to see that I don't have a review of it out here. I'm wondering if I can find it in a different place. Well I am not a huge steak fan. I always enjoy steak when I get it at longhorn steakhouse. But I have to say one of our most favorite dishes at this store on value drive are the stuffed mushrooms. They are so amazing that our party of six devoured two servings almost as quickly as they were placed on the table. I wouldn't mind just ordering enough of these for the meal to be honest. The steaks are very well cooked to order. They are seasoned with salt and pepper and butter as described on the venue to perfection. The baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, side salads and other sides are very good compliments to the meals. On the most recent visit I had the corn on the cob which is just amazing and I was happy to give up my second side to trade up for the premium side. I only have one photo from our most recent visit but I think I'll try to look for some others from past visits as well.

This place is everything I want in a nice steakhouse. We went twice in a week's time. First, let me say the atmosphere is classy without being stuffy. You can dress nice without feeling you have to put on a dressy outfit and still feel welcome. There is lots of space between tables. The place is huge, busy and buzzing. But I love that they don't overcrowd their tables. There is plenty of walking and breathing space in between. My first trip here was for dinner. We were all so impressed. The stuffed mushrooms were divine. I've had them many places and even homemade. These are the best I've had, to date. We got two orders for three of us and it we were not sorry lol. The wait staff were all on point. They were there to check on us at all of the perfect times and did not skip a beat. The manager greeted us three bites into our entrees to check on our satisfaction. And we couldn't have imagined a single complaint. I ordered the New York strip. It was juicy and flavorful. I shared with my aunt who ordered the parmesan crusted chicken and it was juicy and absolutely delicious. Salads served with dinner were made of spring mix and fresh tasting diced cucumbers and tomatoes, topped with croutons and shredded cheese. At one point we were checked on and we said everything was great, we didn't need anything. And as the waitress ducked into the kitchen, we realized we were going to ask for butter! To our surprise, that waitress appeared only a moment later and said she thought she heard we needed something. 👀 Astonishing and pleasant service. My first critique is that the restaurant was quite chilly. I know that restaurants often intentionally do this. It seemed to be just a notch cooler than average. But the overall experience easily trumped this minor inconvenience. After such a great experience, I returned a few days later for lunch because I was in the area to pick up my mom from the airport. This time we ordered the mushrooms again. They were so amazing, how could we pass? And we also decided to try the spinach cheese dip. It was so good! The dip is served with these rustic triangle cut pieces of fried bread. The bread had great flavor too, not just something to dump some dip over. They were soft enough to bite through easily, but sturdy enough to also stand up to the dip. I've had many cheesy style dips and this one still managed to impress. I'm not sure what the secret is, but it definitely stands out. My aunt could not get enough. Our waitress was very attentive. On both occasions, plates were cleared in a timely manner. My aunt and I loved our last meal so much, we again split the New York strip steak and parmesan crusted chicken. The steak was slightly less impressive in comparison to my visit at dinner time, but still delicious. The chicken, however, was perfection on both visits. My mom ordered the salmon. And while I do not eat fish, she claimed it was very good. Also, it's worth noting that upon return for lunch, the restaurant was not quite as cool as our previous experience. The only other minor criticism I have is that on both occasions we were not seated with the correct number of utensils. Each time they quickly and politely rectified the situation as soon as we brought it to their attention. Overall the food was delicious. 10/10. This is my new...

Our waitress was kind, efficient but very busy. Another member of the wait staff was asked by one in our party if we could get our checks after being here a total of two hours and the waitress with the nose ring was extremely rude and said you’ll have to find your waitress, I don’t have time. I was quite taken back because numerous time she passed our table and smiled each time while making eye contact and seemed very pleasant. I think she also was busy. Moving on, these are the type of mistakes that can be a positive learning/coaching experience. Please remember, that word of mouth advertising can often times make or break a business. Alway remember that service should always be top notch, regardless of how busy each person is. If you expect customers to spread the word about your business, everything that happens to the customer in your restaurant must be a positive experience. The service, quality of your food, the entire staff must be first rate. No deviation. Remember, the customers are your potential ambassadors, and you need to make sure that they are leaving, feeling that their dining experience was one to remember. Again word of mouth advertising is the most credible forms of free adverting. Last but not least, the manager was made aware of the situation. She was kind, professional and very apologetic. We all stumble, no need to dwell, dust yourself off, hold your head high and always do your best. If this happens, success will follow. This experience will not deter me from retuning. It’s always been a great experience in past...

We went here for a birthday celebration for myself. We have been here many times with excellent service and delicious food. This time we left disappointed! The waitress came to our table immediately after we were seated. 3 of the 5 of our party had arrived, we explained that to her, she offered to get our drinks and bring bread while we waited. That was the best service we received that night and it went down hill from there. It took forever to place our order, she stopped by to see if we were ready and we indicated that we were, she said I'll be right back and it was probably close to 10 minutes, our salads took forever to come to our table, our steaks came out undercooked, when I questioned her she said that's how you ordered it. I ordered medium, my steak, my husband's and father in laws were all rare. My father in law sent his back and it came back out burnt, my husband and I just chose to eat ours for fear they would burn it. Our drinks were left empty many times, my husband had to ask multiple times for a refill on drinks for our table to multiple servers, they indicated they would tell our waitress. She would bring one refill at a time when we all were in need of refills and there would be long waits between the others getting refills. They were not busy at all that's the sad part. Like I said we frequently go here and have received excellent service but not this time. We will come back, but I seriously hope this doesn't...
