So I booked this place for my daughters birthday in 2020, due to COVID, we had to cancel and push it to 2021. (Due to no refund.) I didn’t want to lose money, so I’m grateful they allowed us to push it out. We were told we could set up 15 minutes before, upon arrival, no one was anywhere to be seen, doors locked, lights off. 1:45 (party at 2:00) rolls around, an employee shows up as we’re waiting outside the doors. She walks past us and didn’t greet us or even think to say anything until my mother acknowledged her. Then she decided to respond. I would imagine that if you had any experience in customer service, if you saw customers standing outside of your place of business, your staff would at least acknowledge them when they walked by? Right ? As we got in, she apologized and stated there was a miscommunication between her and the manager, that she was informed to be there at 1:45 instead of 1:00. (She stated employees usually get there 30 minutes before customers to set up.) I was already frustrated by someone not being there when they were supposed to, more so frustrated at whoever made the schedule, for not paying attention. We proceeded to set up for the party, we were shown the party room by the employee and never saw her again. She stayed in the front the entire time. Now I was told multiple times on the phone that “we’d have a designated person to help with our party.” That also, never happened. I understand her having to stay in the front of the building for the people who are coming in, but maybe schedule another person? There was just multiple things I was told would happen and it seemed to be all false. Towards the end of the party, we paid the rest of our tab, cleaned up as went on our way. The kids loved it, the party room was clean, the playground was clean. It was a good temperature inside the building so it didn’t feel muggy as kids played and got sweaty. I just wish employees with a little more customer service oriented and showed up earlier instead of 1:45 when it was time for...
Read moreFirst off, the staff is really nice and the structure is pretty cool. I booked this place for my daughter's 3rd birthday and we had it on a Saturday from 2-4. When we got there, the place was incredibly crowded and chaotic. There was hardly any room for anyone to move around in the front area. We had a fantastic party hostess who helped set everything up for us and she was so helpful throughout the party. The room was great and large enough to fit everyone. That's pretty much where the good stuff ends. The play area was completely over crowded. My daughter was clobbered no less than 3 times by kids who were much bigger than her. Like 5 - 7 year olds. She spent half the time crying because they kept hurting her. I know kids get wild, but if you are going to have 3 parties booked in the same time slot maybe they should be for kids around the same age. Also, is this place also open for open play? There was no one monitoring the play areas and my sister witnessed a woman change her son's pants which appeared to have diarrhea stains on them in the BABY AREA! Which brings me to my next horrifying point. My entire party got sick! At least 2 people from each family ended up violently ill. I wouldn't have thought it anything but a coincidence but when at least 12 adults and kids all get the same thing and the only thing they have in common is a birthday party, it makes you think. I thought it may have been food poisoning as there was pizza and cake served. But not all who got sick had any so it wasn't the food. Then to top it off, both bathrooms were disgusting and backed up. They started sending people next door and those bathrooms got backed up. I went there once with my kids before and wasn't nearly as crowded and we had a pleasant experience. But after this weekend, and the fact that it caused my entire family and most of the birthday party to become so sick and causing my daughter to spend her actual birthday throwing up, we probably won't be going back...
Read moreI went to a party here; last Saturday. For my cousins, birthday party. The lady who runs the place, maybe the owner; was very rude, un-professional, and had no customer service skills: what so ever. I walked in with my gift there was no "Hi, how can I help you?" I had to tell her I was there for a party which then she replied, very rudely and with attitude: "I'm going to need you to take off your shoes and put them in a cubbie, before you enter." So I did just that and went in, however if they expect parents/grandparents to take off their shoes even if they're not playing. Then have a bench, that's not a kids balance beam for them to be able to take their, shoes off and on without having to worry about falling over or getting up. Not to mention, my cousin couldn't even serve food for the party and all they offered was goldfish, cheese it'z, and a capri-sun. As I was leaving the lady who was running the place was getting rude, with a customer who was just asking a question, and told her to leave. While her and the other employee's were all laughing, shaking their heads, and making fun of the customer. Only positive is that, it was clean and fun for kids. Still wouldn't take my kids or family here, not knowing if they'll be able to play or if they'll...
