I've used Regus off and on for years and in the past, it's been a pleasant experience. In the past 12 months, service has gone terribly downhill. Issue #1 - My office phone was off for approximately TWO months. There wasn't a specific date provided for rectifying the issue. I inquired about a credit and was lobbed back and forth between the local management team and the corporate office. Result: no credit was ever issued. Each party stated they couldn't issue refunds and it was "out of their hands." Issue #2: The online portal doesn't DISPLAY any prior invoices, statements or anything - in spite of the fact that the online portal is supposed to be the central location for obtaining such information. I called the local team and the corporate office - again no one actually KNOWS why. Issue #3: A duplicate charge for my office space 2 days apart done on July 19th and July 23rd. I contact the local team - they don't know why. I contact the corporate office - they don't know why. Issue #4: My key cards wouldn't work after 5pm for MONTHS. Again, no one could ever figure out why and no one was able to rectify the issue besides issuing duplicate key cards which STILL didn't work after 5pm. Final Issue: No one seems to actually KNOW anything about any specific process and customers are constantly directed to contact corporate whom then proceeds to turn around and advise the customer to contact the local office and vice versa. Read moreService was terrible. First the system glitches and schedules my time a day out. Spoke with the receptionist and called in to their customer service. Cancelled the wrong day and made new appt. It did it again. Main line changed it in their system to get me in on planned day and time. Of course all this made me almost 30 minutes behind. Then they could not get the internet to work so the whole point of using them was a total loss. I lost a customer thanks to their service.
