From the moment we met James (Pool-Quest designer) we felt we were in great hands. He introduced and educated us on Pool-Quest, how the company, their process, the number of pools the built (limited to focus on quality, craftsmanship and accurate scheduling). From there is was on to design.

This was our first pool so we had a lot of questions. With each step of the design James educated us on each component, design options and costs. We had a few 3D rendering and video meetings that incorporated our home, yard and surrounding area. Intentionally incorporated to help us see our vision.

Once we started (from dig to swimming) we were advised by the Pool-Quest team daily. The process was flawless. Yes we had a few days of delay, but that was due to extreme heat. Pool-Quest makes sure their builders are not working in conditions that are not safe.

Their entire project management team are honest, helpful and offered suggestion during the build that furthered our vision.

When we were quoted 12-14 weeks our friends thought we were nuts. From permitting, dig, build, re-routing all irrigation, added electrical, pergola and the outdoor kitchen we were on target! Everyone has big delays, re-work and problems. Not us. From HOA to City permitting and our first swim they met the mark.

I would highly recommend Pool-Quest to anyone who is looking for a high-quality well designed and managed experience.

The project was completed on time and within budget, which was impressive given the scope of the work. The crew was always punctual and respectful of my property, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day.
