Terrible experience. I tried to use the Popeyes app to use my T-Mobile Tuesday deal to buy dinner and because I didn't want to hold up their drive through, I went inside. I needed assistance because it was not the most user-friendly app to place an order with specials. I asked for assistance but the cashier didn't know how to do it. She told the manager, Roger, I needed help so I waited for his assistance. He continued to take orders and I watched him fix order after order. I told the cashier I purposefully came in for guidance to keep their drive through moving. After waiting 10 minutes, after Roger refusing to acknowledge me, after witnessing 3 people come in after me to get their orders, people in the drive through still being waited on, after the cashier asked for Roger to help me again and he said he didn't know how to her finally and refusing to speak to me, I got their information and left. Couple of things ........1) Popeyes should train people how to use their company equipment and apps. I'm far from a dummy but the app sux! 2) Failing to acknowledge me as a customer is extremely poor customer service and I remained patient and civil. There was no need for any attitude. 3) There was no need for the cashier to ask if I needed anything else on my way out the door either. Added insult to injury. 4) I've had several friends and family complain about service at other Popeyes and Corporate and Management never do anything about it once reported. 5) I will never set foot in another Popeyes. Your sandwiches aren't better than Chick-fil-A and I promptly drove to Raising Canes and spent almost $17 there because apparently your young staff doesn't care about earning my money. 6) I will tell everyone about y'alls service and remind them of other chicken places with faster service with a smile instead of shrugged shoulders and pretending they don't exist as...

They wouldn’t answer the speaker when I pulled up then I pulled up to the window and the lady was turned backwards playing on her phone and she refused to answer my calls for finally she turned around. They couldn’t find my order. It had been 45 minutes since I put my order in the app, they all treated me like I had done something wrong and all I had done is order a sandwich and then they try to make me upset every last one of the employees three of them like I had done something to them. All I did was come in for a decent sandwich. I will never come back to this one. I’ve been having some bad service from Popeyes, but this is the worst of avoid this place until they trainees employees are getting new ones, the wings were over and over sauced I don’t know what I did to these people. I guess I just showed up to the speaker and they refuse to give service and I didn’t say anything derogatory. I even told him God bless you y’all have a great day I didn’t tell him they needed to improve or anything. I've been to this Popeyes probably about a half a dozen times since the new chicken sandwich came out. I can't be silent anymore. I don't even understand how this place stays in business. Every time I visit they don't have anymore chicken sandwiches. Tonight was finally the tipping point for me. I pull up at 10:02pm after having checked online through Google and their website for this exact location. The drive thru shows open until 11pm. No one answers the drive thru ordering speaker. No signage showing any circumstances that would indicate they are closed or anything at all. I pull up to the drive thru window. No one is there. I wait four about 5 minutes and I see a guy in the back and waive at him signaling for him to come to the window. Instead he walks away. Keep in mind he made direct eye contact with me and then it appeared he communicated to someone that someone was at the window. I waited another 5 minutes. Finally this gal with a plastic cover over her comes to the window and says "we're closed" I replied, but your sign says you're open until 11? She said "it's because of COVID". I said but Google shows you're until 11pm too. She said "we had to close early because Corporate is coming this week and we had to close early to clean". I've had it with this location.
