I typically don't eat at Burger King but I always tell myself I'm going to try it again, so there we were. When I walk in (with my son) theres 3-4 people working behind the counter, if you dont include the managers kid. The place is unkept, napkins scattered on the floor and only 2 other people eating at that time inside the restaurant. I had a sourdough burger, and my son had a frozen coke (not hungry.) My food took a long time to come out but that was fine, I wasnt in a hurry. When the food did come out it was not too warm and EXTREMELY greasy. I started to eat, then I got a text from my wife asking what we were doing for dinner so I went to take a picture of my son and i at burger king. The manager, who's kid was in the kitchen yells "are you video taping me" in a very accusatory tone. I was pretty shocked, I got up and asked if she was talking to me. She said yes and offered no apology when I told her I wasnt video taping her. She started yelling at the kid to go in the office. I figured writing this review was better than calling cps for the kid running around the unkept greasy kitchen next to the fryers. I asked for a to go box and bag as I could not imagine being able to finish my meal. They gave me a paper sack to which I literally dropped my burger on top of my fries and left asap with my son. On the way out o asked her who she was up there and she said "I'm the manager" in the most confident, you cant touch me kinda way. So there it is. The girl has NO BUSINESS in management. She was extremely rude, and made me feel more uncomfortable than anyone ever has in a public situation. Whoever owns this place better come to their senses before they get sued for something crazy. Read moreHorrible service... Two of our burgers had an extremely long strand of hair it. We took them back and the asst. mgr refused to remake one of the burgers because it had been partially eaten. It's not the customers job to inspect the food prior to eating it. None of the workers were wearing hair nets nor caps to cover their hair. They were extremely rude and continued to make the situation worst instead of providing good customer service. We had spent more than 30.00 there and were not wanting anything other than the quality of food that should be expected. When we asked for a manager the staff seems confused and then one lady said she was the manager but was rude. When we asked for another manager, she called the manager and spoke with her. Read moreWe ordered ahead drove 5 miles to pick up. The the order was not ready . While we were waiting 2 other cars showed up and they had all 3 of us pull around front. An employee came out with an order which did not belong to any cars that were there. Then after waiting even longer the employee came out again and this time went to another car with our order. When we asked what caused the wait we were told they got slammed..3 cars is not slammed. Then the employee stated they were short handed. The employee did not offer an apology nor an incentive for the over 25 min wait not including the drive time .
