Last night, my daughter, who lives in Dayton and was visiting, ordered 4 items. The girl who took her order didn't write it down. The 3 sundaes were prepared and the window was about to be closed when my daughter asked where the malt was. The girl replied: "Oh yeah, I forgot". After a few minutes, everything was finally ready (one sundae was minus the requested whipped cream but we had that at our house) The girl was asked for a carrier and told my daughter they ran out. The girl was asked for a bag and my daughter was presented with an open, ripped rather small sized brown bag. Another girl gave my daughter a new bag and the items barely fit but were manageable. The clincher was that whoever made the malt forgot to put the malt in...and it was runny. After several experiences like this, we've all sworn off soft serve and especially...

Advertised Free Ice Cream for Mother's day only (Today is Sunday, May 10th 2015). Proceeded to treat a woman with disrespect upon showing their advertisement of free ice cream to them. Also proceeded to disrespect a pregnant woman with disrespect on the same advertisement. ALSO proceeded to treat Afgan/Operation Enduring Freedom Veteran with disrespect on the same advertisement, as well as having a dispute about J.B. Twisters American Flag touching the ground as well as being soaked in a puddle of muddy rain water. I will never go to J.B. Twisters for their Ice Cream ever again after witnessing all...

We have been going to twisters for many many years always great service and food til last night. The ice cream we ordered was done first and had plenty of time to melt til our sandwiches were made .The sandwiches were sloppy we got foot longs the other sandwiches were fine. I still gave them 5 stars considering this is the first time the food was bad and a screw up. If it ever happens again I won't be so nice...
