We use to shop here all the time. We knew everyone who worked there and the shopping experience was enjoyable but since you got the woman who has very pale foundation, tons of blush and bright red lipstick with dark hair working at checkout our shopping experience has been a complete finger biting, eye twitching nightmare. My mum and I leave so nervous after dealing with her. She stands right behind you while you are scanning everything, I can feel her breaths on my neck. There was even one time my mum showed her ID card and I (her daughter) started scanning everything for my mum and she went on about how only people with ID cards can shop there. We know I was just helping my mum scan. Even today my mum showed her ID card to her before approaching the self checkout and while my mum was showing it she said “we need to see your ID card the machines don’t scan it” while the ID was being shown to her. And the strange thing about this lady is she isn’t rude at all she is over bearing and nerve racking. After dealing with her your heart is beating fast and you find yourself biting your finger nails and twitching after dealing with her. We are home now recovering from dealing with this lady. Today I was waiting around for my friend to go on break and Laura asked me to leave. Which is fine I can wait somewhere else, no problem!!
