Extremely rude service! We ordered a drink from another Starbucks in town but they gave us the wrong drink, we didn’t realize it until later and went to the Hill AFB Starbucks to have them remake it. We were greeted with an very rude employee who didn’t even try to resolve the issue. Instead she simply told us if we didn’t buy it there she wasn’t going to help fix the mistake. We have been going to Starbucks for many years and we have always been able to get a drink fixed if made wrong at another location.
