Starbucks — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Extremely rude service! We ordered a drink from another Starbucks in town but they gave us the wrong drink, we didn’t realize it until later and went to the Hill AFB Starbucks to have them remake it. We were greeted with an very rude employee who didn’t even try to resolve the issue. Instead she simply told us if we didn’t buy it there she wasn’t going to help fix the mistake. We have been going to Starbucks for many years and we have always been able to get a drink fixed if made wrong at another location. Customer service with a little logic and common sense could of prevented this whole matter but obviously this location has no customer service training and doesn’t care at all about repeat business. The employees here were giving rude looks at me and my sister after we went back up for a new drink after the first one was absolutely putrid. I don’t even think whatever they did with that drink should be allowed to sell. Even after that, me and my sister got the second drink which was a Mocha Frap because we thought that was a safe option but it turned out tasting like straight black coffee and was completely unblended. I understand the need to close early, but if your going to then need to shut down orders to be able to be made online! Says open until 4, made order at 3 and husband went to go get it and yall were closed. Now I have to wait 3-5 Business Days for my refund and it's a Friday, so can take between Wed of next week until Monday of the next.
