I purchased a bedroom set for 1900.00 I am still waiting for the other dresser the old man who works there told me it will be in a week I called today and they accused me of stealing there mattress when those people loaded it I didn’t ask them to now they want me to pay for it or I won’t get my item I purchased where is the customer service at they make me wait for an item I purchased I have it in writing that they owe me and I will take them to court and get my money back plus they sold me a damaged item and they are worried about a damn mattress..... see you all in court Update: I am still waiting on my other dresser they don’t call me back when they say they will they ignore my calls BEWARE of this place...

Im only giving them one star because it wont let me give them zero stars. Horrible service, I wish I would have read this before I went and spent money there, all of the below reviews are correct this is currently happening to me. By the way the only good review on here from "Olivia" is the owners wife. She is part of the problem along with her husband, it is a shame she went in here and gave herself and her husband a good rating knowing very well she is NOT a customer, and should not give a customer review. Just one more thing to add to the list FALSE...

At first I was happy with the prices and service. However, we waited for over a month to get our second frame and they didnt assemble it. Not only that, I never got any courtesy calls to find out what was going on with my 2nd bedframe. I called them, rarely did they answer, I finally went to the store. I was told that I would receive a call by Tuesday. That never happened. This place has very poor customer service and business ethic. Wound up giving the other bed bacc. Cheap materials...
