Discontent Smoke Shop — Local services in Four Corners States

We bought a dug out. They said the pipe and the poker that goes with it was at the other store. Since they were missing and they were low on stock. So my wife and I went to get them. The owner was there. She is a real piece of work. Wanted to charge us for both the pipe and poker $20 each! We just spent $30 on the dug out (we were told included all parts by 2 employees) so she basically tried to extort us for an extra $40! I told her I wanted to return the dugout she refused. Smiled and thanked us for our money about as sarcastically as anyone could. Then told us to take our now garbage dugout and leave. I now absolutely hate this place and this woman. 😒 and im not one to hate anyone. the worst part is we were on a first name basis with employees. Just never met her till then. DO NOT purchase anything from discontent. I spent money on a battery that worked when I bought it and the charger that came with it did not charge it. They refused to exchange it for the same product that would work even though it is a product malfunction. Not personal error. I have only had it for 5 days. Terrible customer service!!!!!!!! I have found "my shop" from the moment you walk in you greeted like an old friend that they have missed to the end of the interaction 10 ☆'s from me. They always have my favorites in stock and when they dont have what i need the store at the other end of town always does. You really do get what you pay for here.
