Meals on Wheels — Local services in Four Corners States

Spoke with rep about their service. I asked many questions before signing up my grandfather. I was told that it is free but they accept donations. After maybe a month of getting their jail house type of food. My grandfather told me he received a bill for $300????? My grandfather is very old and sick. He is unable to care or cook for himself. I am soon to move back to Utah to help care for him. But its ridiculous! They should tell you from the beginning before having the old person sign up. That it is NOT FREE SERVICE and that you will be getting a bill by the end...

I would like to thank the Weber County Meals On Wheel’s delivery man and woman whom deliver to us. They have been so kind and caring. The gentleman brings fresh warm delicious meals every week day and even brought in our paper on a rainy day. We are in indead fortunate to live in Weber County. My mother just started a week ago getting meals on wheels. She loves it. Everyday at 12:30 she awaits excitedly for her lunch to arrive. The delivery woman Nancy is very kind to her. Not only is the food amazing but it's something to look forward to and one more person popping in each day Monday thru Fri.
