I purchased some socks for stocking stuffers. Because I didn’t want my employees to see them I had them sent to my home. I got a message saying that the item has been delivered but when I looked for it it was nowhere to be found. I contacted them and they told me because it said it was delivered they wouldn’t do anything about it. I did point outemployees to see them I had them sent to my home. I thought that the shipment should have been insured and they should have been refunded my money for me Or replace the order. When I asked him this I have not received a response. I am an online retailer and I take responsibility for all packages until the time that they deliver to my customers....

I am so pleased with the quality and style of the clothes. Fit is true to size and curvy girl friendly. I will absolutely order again! Update- I have ordered several more times. I really love how comfortable and pretty their clothes are. HOWEVER... SKIP CURATED CLOSET. I bought the 7 piece collection. I'm keeping one item as a house dress and donating the rest to Goodwill. I'm so disappointed. I thought the clothes would work together and give me a few outfits. I thought they would be cute and refreshing. Instead I received what looks like a bunch of things that wouldn't sell. Weird colored brown tank, plain and sorta frumpy dresses/tunics, too small for me shorts, and sheer pants. I do adore their clothes overall, but I would have been better off to spend $100 on 3-5 items I'll wear than losing it on the Curated...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Clothing quality is super cheap and stitching is all over the place like SHEIN, but with a boutique price tag. I even had one piece come completely covered in fuzz balls, as if it had been worn. My poor husband spent quite a bit of money on 6 items of which 1 was decent. Since this was a gift, both my husband and self sent more than 8 emails and have had 1 generic response, without answers. Since sending the items back with a note, weeks ago, no one will respond STILL. The site says no returns, only exchanges, yet we can’t even do that! We are out over $250, this place is a SCAM!
